Refund Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains how refunds work for digital apps and subscriptions purchased through ZenSTORE. By purchasing on ZenSTORE, you agree to these terms.

Overview

ZenSTORE sells digital software, licenses, and subscriptions. Because products are delivered electronically, physical returns do not apply. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis when you submit a request from your billing dashboard.

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase for paid orders that have not already been refunded.

Refund requests must include a clear reason. ZenSTORE or the publisher may approve or decline a request based on usage, subscription status, and applicable law.

Free purchases, promotional trials with no charge, and orders already marked as refunded are not eligible.

How to request a refund

Sign in to ZenSTORE and open Dashboard → Billing.

Find the paid invoice and select Request refund. Describe why you are requesting a refund and submit the form.

Our team will review your request. You will be notified when it is approved, rejected, or processed.

Processing time

We aim to review refund requests within a few business days. After approval, funds are returned through your original payment method.

Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Other payment methods may take longer.

Original payment method

Approved refunds are returned only through the same payment channel used for the original purchase (for example, the card or wallet used at checkout).

For some methods such as PromptPay or bank transfer, you may receive an email from our payment provider asking for bank account details to complete the refund. Please follow the instructions in that email promptly.

Subscriptions and renewals

If you cancel a subscription, access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated in the app listing.

Refund requests for subscription renewals are evaluated separately. Partial refunds for unused time may be offered at ZenSTORE's discretion.

Non-refundable cases

We may decline refunds when:

• The request is made after the 30-day window without exceptional circumstances • The product has been substantially used or activated in bad faith • The purchase violated our terms or applicable law • A chargeback or dispute is already in progress

Commission and revenue adjustments related to refunded orders may be reversed according to platform policy.
